N/A for breakfast Location was close to the train station

It was very hot so we had to open the windows and the apartment is right on the street so there was quite a lot of noise until midnight, but that might be because it was a festival weekend. Also there are a lot of steps and no elevator so beware if you have heavy bags.

The apartments are in an excellent location, just minutes away from Koblenz Hbf and a supermarket (Lidl). The apartment itself was very clean, and well appointed and comfortable. We asked for early check-in to be able to leave our bags, which was accommodated, and the instructions for check-in and departure were clear. The kitchen is provisioned with everything you might need to cook at home (even some salt and oil), and was very convenient to make have breakfast before leaving for the day. Maria, the manager was easily accessible by text for questions during our stay.

The top level apartment we stayed in (Level 5/9) in late July got very hot during the late afternoon and evening, and the windows are somewhat small, so it was difficult to ventilate.

The property seems to be renovated recently (2024). Everything looked clean or was in in a near to new condition. Stylish interior, nice wooden floor and a very good bathroom.

Contact with the host. Host did not respond to my message. We could not open the door to the balcony. No a good space for guest traveling with bikes. The area is not that nice.

Very stylish, clean and comfortable accommodation in a central location.

It would’ve been great if shower gel and shampoo were provided
