"VERY DISAPPOINTED"

She did refund our deposit immediately

I didnt even get a chance to stay! We booked the large apartment in March for our stay in June. We were driving there and 7 hours before check in she calls to say the dont have the large apartment for 4 people only the small! This was TOTALLY unacceptable! There was a huge sporting competition and almost impossible to find a place to stay, especially last minute.

"Storno einen Tag vor Anreise"

Einen Tag vor Anreise storniert der Vermieter die Buchung. Angeblich wegen eines Wasserschadens (diese Begründung findet sich auch bei anderen Rezensionen zu diesem Anbieter wieder). Die Rückzahlung der Anzahlung wurde verzögert vorgenommen. Zu der Wohnung selbst kann ich naturgemäß nichts sagen, jedoch hätte ich den negativen Bewertungen mehr Glauben schenken sollen. Leider habe ich mich von dem günstigen Preis blenden lassen.

"Horrendous stay! Wish we had walked away"

The landlord was unstable and tried to evict us mid stay. Booking.com customer services managed to resolve the situation, but not before the landlord entered the apartment & threatened to take our valuables (proof of this on the Booking.com chat) Threatened to call the police on us because we parked in the wrong spot. The apartment was not as advertised, photos were misleading and advertised for a couple. But the bed was not even a double. We book regular apartments in the area for work and have never had any issues until this stay.
