Big, nice and freshly renovated apartment, clean and well equipped. Good contact with the owner (in eng). Close to city center (walking distance), close to shops and restaurants. Very easy to collect and get back keys.

no lift in the building (3rd floor) as the apartment has window on the quite big street some noise in the evening and during the night can be heard
