Attached toilet is too small. One attached bathroom should be there.

Location & service was excellent.

Living room sitting arrangement were not comfortable. No proper kitchen only just a pantry which is not convenient for family man. Living area is pretty congested.

What breakfast? I like the location. The cleanliness. Perfect for family.

Hidden cost . I had to pay 500 more for early check out. 6 am. Cleaning guy expected tips when you charge 500 per day for cleaning. Kitchen is insufficient for a proper meal. good.only for tea or coffee. You should provide a rice cooker or gas stove. It consume extraordinary amount of time to prepare food for family. That is a big negative.

Sunil, the cleaning staff dld a great job. We needed someone to come by 8:30 am and the days he was on assognment he did so and did a thorough fast job.The location was also very convenient.Liked the washing machine. Debopriyo the manager addressed some of our needs & was pleasant to deal with. Wi-Fi was helpful.

We actually stayed for 33 days. The staff was frequently assigned to another location. The replacement usually came late after 10:30 am and was extremely slow. So, it was very inconvenient! I also hated the melamine plates. They are old and not microwaveable. The wear and tear was very visible and one plate was even badly cracked. Lastly, they need to have regular TV service. Watching, snippets of news here and there via youtube was difficult. No mainstream programs were available.

Location

Some security staff was very very unprofessionable. There should be policies around parking etc and how does other cars fit in. Also we paid in full amount also checking in just for a few hours. It was assured it would be taken care of however even multippe requests they wrere ignorant.

Other facilities are good.

1. The TV. Need to pay extra to get to see TV. It was not mentioned in the property during booking. Also, the network is too slow. Had to initialise many times the set top box. Lost interest to watch TV. 2. Privacy. Couldn't open the curtain as people from street can watch everything.
