Modern, clean and very comfortable. easy walking distance to all amenities. Very friendly and accommodating host.

Ana is lovely. The apartment is laid out really nicely. Very stylish and minimal. Quiet location too. Very safe.

It was all very nice. A little dark with frosted windows but that is to insure privacy. I think a bottle of water in the fridge when guests arrive would be a nice touch. As you have to walk up to the top off town to get to it.

Ana is a lovely host and has developed a wonderful self contained studio in Komiza. We loved our stay there, the flat was clean and well maintained, Ana gave good info prior to our arrival about how to find the flat- the flat is in a great location and was a perfect base for us to explore Komiza from.

It stated it was 350 yards walk from the centre- it was nearly on top of the hill! Not a problem for us but it could be for others.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed when the temperature outside was still cold and the room had a good heating system.

When we booked this apartment, the booking.com site said it would come with WiFi connection, but there was no WiFi/internet for our entire stay of 4 days in the apartment, which gave us a huge inconvenience. The host/owner never informed us of no internet situation, even though she had known that in advance of our arrival. We found out about it only after we paid full amount in cash to her employee, upon our arrival. We tried to reach the owner by calling her number at least 10 times and also wrote her a number of times to get her help and guidance but the line was never picked up and no guidance/explanations were given by the owner. In the late evening of the first day, her employee came and paid back 16euros for no wifi for 4 days and we were also informed that we should leave her property if we did not agree with the price. As we did not have internet, it was difficult for us to find another accommodation in the late evening and we were so tired and disappointed and no energy left for another accommodation hunt - so we stayed. The owner’s daughter kindly called from Italy and told us that the owner was not so good in English and gave us an apology, but the owner herself continued not to take our calls from us till the last day of our stay, and one word of “apologies” came from her by e-mail only after we got on the return boat to Split on the last day. The owner did not seem to understand the implications of not having the internet at the accommodation for the international travelers these days, and we regret we booked this apartment by trusting the booking.com site’s information which said there would be WiFi.
