Very nice & polite host, apartment is extremely comfortable & warm.

I usually avoid giving full 10 points, unless the site is indeed perfect, but will make an exception here to support the true entrepreneurial spirit of the people who run such a nice place. Everything was thought through, all the equipment worked, cleanness was impeccable. We liked the bed very much -- the mattress was very firm and soft at the same time, perhaps one of the best we have ever slept on. And having read in some comments about closeness to cemetery, I don't understand the problem - the property is surrounded by a garden plant centre, there is nothing somber about it.

The property is located in an industrial-type neighbourhood, there are no residence buildings around -- at first, it even seemed that the address cannot be correct. It takes about 45 minutes to walk to the Old Town, and we took a Bolt taxi back (4 euro). The AC may require 10 euro extra charge, this should be checked in advance to avoid misunderstandings. And you do need the AC in hot weather, otherwise the ventilation is not quite efficient.

It was nicely organized and clean

The fact the running water there was white. The location is next to a crematorium and grave yard. Not recommended if you are with your partner.

Everything was neatly clean and fragrant. Most importantly THE BEDS WERE AMAZING!! Best sleep i got in a long time, i almost overslept, but i met with the kindness and understanding of the staff. 10/10
