Pohodlná posteľ, bohaté vybavenie kuchyne, dostatočne teplo, ozaj čisto, moderný vzhľad, osvetlenie podľa výberu, 2 megaveľké Smart televízory... Len sa zavrieť a nikam nechodiť. Poloha luxusná, priamo pri centre mesta.

Brána vstupu na dvor, trochu otravné z hľadiska pohybu, zakaždým otvoriť a zatvoriť. Ale z hľadiska bezpečnosti bývania na dvore asi spoľahlivé riešenie.
