it was dirty and not like advertised, bed sheets were dirty and sofa bed was broke

Place have good location.

Bed have bad pillow. Very uncomfortable for neck and head. Also there was only 2 large and 1 small towel with no place to put them on the heaters to dry after shower. Heaters was cold as well even after turning them on max. Shower is OK but water is coming out of as there is nothing to keep it inside.

Very cute place, what's in a great location close to to the town square and coffee shops restaurants and trams literally just Steps Away From convenience stores. Staff is extremely friendly and easy to talk with 10 out of 10 experience. Very modern setup shower was amazing the kitchen and everything you needed I plan on making more trips out to Poland in would stay here again!!

The bed is a pull-out couch so it's not the most comfortable thing but it's perfect for that space

The location was great, really central. The bed was comfy, and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay

The doors were hard to close and the duvet wasn't big enough for two people, and the heating didn't heat up the flat

The apartment was modern and well-lit. Most of the appliances were high quality.

There is no real bed, only a sofa bed which is a double size and very, very hard and uncomfortable. To make things worse, the pillows are small and deflated and there are only two. The owners are not very responsive to any requests like extra pillows. There is only an old broken wooden spatula in the kitchen and the owners were not willing to help to get a replacement. This makes cooking something like an omelet impossible. Also, for my son and I, we only received 2 big towels and one small hand towel. There is no tea towel for the kitchen and no rag or towel, or paper towels to clean up spills. The owners were also not willing to get us additional towels. If the owners were a little bit more helpful, the apartment would be a great place to stay.

The apartments are really cozy and close to the market and Wavel castle. Though the building is old, the apartments are nicely reconstructed.

Unfortunately, there is constant noise from the street even when the windows are closed. Also, you can hear the tenants from the neighbor's apartment. Lastly, when switched to the top head, the shower makes a terrible sound.
