Good Location , good contact with responsible staff, almost all services needed are available..

No elevator , difficult to reach the apartment with luggage and kids , bed sheet wasn’t clean ( found drop of blood 🩸,unfortunately found it on last day while leaving ) ..

location is great! lucas is great. guest comments about plumbing are not true, everything is fine. the only remark is to teach how to clean the apartment well, after the guests you need to wipe the floor and tables with the kitchen.

"Perfect for Cracow exploration"

Location was Perfect. Just few steps from Wawel Castle, but very quiet. Perfect for trips to Wieliczka Salt Mine or to Kościuszko's Mound. Place to park a car that was available, was of great importance too.

"Superb"

- location (very close to Wawel, trams & busses, nice bakeries in the neighborhood) - very spacious living room - comfortable beds, clean towels - tea + coffee (nespresso-like capsules) - Netflix - warm inside (not so obvious in Krakow)

- some elements of the equipment (handles, taps, kitchen furniture) are quite worn out - no elevator

Clear guide how to enter

Lot of things like shower and bathroom fountain where a bit old fashioned. Some of kitchen drawers where a bit stuck. It was nice and spacious but not very modern
