Great location Lovely host

Location next to the main square. Room was clean and big. Host is welcoming and they let me stay longer with out of charge on the last day. Prompt communication over WhatsApp.

Struttura molto accogliente e pulita, la proprietaria persona molto gentile e simpatica ci ha accolto molto prima dell’orario di ingresso stabilito. Posizione molto strategica, praticamente sulla piazza centrale di Cracovia. Consiglio vivamente questo posto.

La anfitriona nos atendió muy bien. La ubicación del apartamento era perfecta. Cracovia es una ciudad espectacular.

The location was perfect, practically on the main square so everything was right on the doorstep. Anna was a fantastic host – very kind, responsive, and her English is excellent, so communication was never an issue. Check-in was smooth and I was even allowed to check in early as the room was free, which was a meant I had somewhere to leave my luggage all day as I head an early flight. On the last day there was also a storage locker for luggage if you have a late flight, this was explained to me at check-in before I even had a chance to ask. The room itself was a good size – fantastic for one person but it could easily fit another two adults as described, with a double bed and sofa bed. Some reviews mention it can be noisy because of the central location, and while that’s true with the window open, I couldn’t hear a thing once it was closed. There was a fan in the room which meant I could keep the window shut at night without having to choose between the noise of the street or the summer heat (it was in the 20s most nights). There was also a nice-sized flat-screen TV, though I didn’t try it out (that wasn’t the reason I came to Kraków), but everything else in the room worked perfectly. The building is very nice and quaint, which I loved, but that does mean it has a lot of stairs and no lift, which may be something to note for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage, although I never found this to a problem at all. The price was very good for such a central and comfortable place. It’s worth noting that payment is cash only, but this wasn’t a problem for me at all as there is an ATM at the Airport and 2 in the main square (There are Euronet machines almost everywhere but the advice is generally to avoid these). These are all available in English (and other languages) as well as Polish so very easy to use. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków.

La host é stata gentilissima, ci ha aiutato rispondendo a tutti i nostri dubbi e richieste. La camera si trova vicinissima alla piazza centrale e a tutti i principali servizi. Molto consigliato, ringraziamo ancora la host che è sempre stata disponibile.
