Apartamenty Lili & Country

The apartment was very simple and tiny, one small room with a bathroom but it was clean and served its purpose for the 2 nights we wanted to stay in the city to explore it. Also there was enough free parking spaces on the street for an affordable daily charge.

I prefere a bigger bed for me and my partner, not coz we are big, but just like our space 😀 It was OK though. Also I don't really like staying on a street level unless there is a shutter/blind for a privacy. There is a curtain but still gaps on the sides when closed. But that is just my preference and won't bother others. I don't think safety was an issue, we felt very safe in Krakow

We didn't like anything about the property but the location was good, Apart from that the INVISIBLE HOST was Diabolical and unhelpful. uncooperative. His instructions for entry to the big main door of this building was confusing and we couldn't gain entry for about half an hour when another guest came out the building. The key box instructions were just as confusing and on the day of departure we had to just leave the keys on the kitchen worktop. As for this INVISIBLE HOST he's a bloody joke and difficult to contact and all communication goes through Booking.com who are a waist of space also and it takes too much time for the INVISIBLE HOST to give any kind of reply through text messages where EVERY complaint you have he has an answer for and DISAGREES and as good as calls you liar. This building is full of Airbnb and the noise can be horrendous at times. We complained about 4 guys in the apartment next door to us drunk and jumping in and out of the window for fun and shouting. We complained about the heating not working and were told that this is considered summer and the heating is switched OFF. Also the fake plastic bath in the middle of the floor has very low water pressure although the shower head has more pressure but then the floor gets soaked and slippery. We couldn't get the TV to work and when we discovered how to operate it there was only 1 channel in English. Some of his replies : - Heating only works October to a April. TV channels in English start from about 938. (there's only 1) (The noise one night went on until 2 am throughout the whole building.) Another reply from the GHOST HOST :- I was in the building 3 times yesterday the last time 10.30 pm the average temperature 21.8 Celsius. I had no problem entering and no other guest have problems. I don't own the apartment No 11 and can't do anything about the noise etc. Disturbing the night silence is Mandatory from22.00 and it was Quiet then. (??

Very nice, comfortable, clean accommodation. Close to the city center. Recommended for couples.

Unfortunately there was no microwave.

Great location, clean, warm(we travelled in March). Very good communication with the owner. Highly recommended!

The location was close to old town. The windows were big. The host provided extra duvet as requested. The toilet room floor was warm. The bath in the room was an interesting touch. The surrounding neighbourhood was attractive.

The room was a bit too cool and the house rules didn't allow increasing the temperature. The sounds of neighbours and people inside the building were very loud and woke us early in the morning. The sheets, towels, rug, and pillows looked tired and worn. The toilet paper provided was low quality. The tableware provided was minimal, mismatched, and just of low quality. Some parts of the room were damaged, such as missing or bent beams in the bed frame, dying batteries in the TV remote, one ceiling light in bathroom not working, light fixture on wall damaged.

Big, comfortable room, clean, with all necessary equipment in the kitchen and jakougi in the bathroom. Great location
