A lovely comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, walking distance to the Main town Square and all attractions. A play area for kids which is excellent. Kitchen well equipped with the added bonus of having a washing machine.

The code didn't work since we had arrived a day late due to delays from the airline and it was over 24 hours. I called the office when we arrived and we quickly got help and access to keys. The host also offers additional services for a small cost. Kinga was beyond amazing helping with my special request. This was an early Christmas for my kids and asked for a Christmas tree and decorations. She went above and beyond even getting Gingerbread kit and extras to make the houses and other decor. They helped with airport transfer and any other questions. Amazing host and excellent customer service. Very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend, great apartment, great location and easy access to train stations (only 8 minute walk if you cut through the Galleria mall). Super convenient to get to Old town for food, drinks, entertainment. A must stay if you come to Krakow with family!

The apartment was really nice and true ti picture, just a few little things ie , couch wasnt big anothe ti seat 4 peaple and no light above hob , but other then that iy was lovely .
