"Misleading location presentation and disappointing handling of the situation."

The map/location presentation was misleading and gave the impression that the apartment was located very close to Main Square/Old Town. That was the main reason I booked it. The actual apartment location was significantly further away than expected, which completely changed the value and purpose of the booking for me. Because of this, I never checked in or used the apartment at all and had to book alternative accommodation instead. Despite this, the booking was later treated as if the stay had taken place, while no real solution or refund discussion was offered. I also contacted Booking.com multiple times. They acknowledged and understood my frustration regarding the misleading location presentation, but ultimately no solution was provided. Future guests should carefully verify the exact address of the specific apartment before booking.

Misleading location presentation on the map, poor handling of the issue, and no willingness to discuss a fair solution despite the apartment never being used.

"Serdecznie polecamy"

Bardzo mile i dobrze wyposazone mieszkanie niedaleko centrum, prawie przy ul Karmelickiej , skad jest doskonale polaczenie z innymiu dzielnicami Krakowa. Wszystko w zasiegu kilku krokow. Duzym atutem jest winda , poniewaz apartament na Siemiradzkiego 25 znajduje sie na poddaszu kamienicy. Serdecznie polecamy!

"Demasiado lejos de la Plaza"

Apartamentos nuevos y con todos los servicios

La ubicación. En la información indican que están a 4 minutos a pie de la Plaza del Mercado pero es falso, son 20-25 minutos. En mi caso la ubicación era fundamental porque viajaba con 2 personas mayores y el estar tan alejados al no dar la información correcta ha provocado tener que coger varios taxis diariamente. intenté hablar con el personal del apartamento pero te responde una IA que dice pasar aviso para que te contacte un equipo que no lo ha hecho en ningún momento, por lo que la relación con el personal es 0. El precio para lo retirados que están no me parece el adecuado.
