Apartament Jonek

The location was handy and easy to go to the main spots in the old town or Kazimierz. The property was quiet and secure. The bed was comfortable and plenty of room in the apartment.

The instructions for the entry time kept changing and were complicated. The owner provided timed entry of 4 pm and then on our request changed to 2 pm. On the morning before we checked out he requested entry to the apartment with a heating engineer to check pipes. He initially requested we leave early to assist him. The bathroom shower doors were falling off and we repaired these,and there is a smelly urinal in the bathroom. The kitchen floor was dirty with red wine spillage.

Location. Informative host. WiFi. Spacious for family of 3. Quiet.

The apartment is modern and very cosy at the same time. It has a spacious bedroom with a king-size double bed, and there's a two persons sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment can easily fit 4 guests (2 couples or a family with 2 children). The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, central heating, fast Wi-Fi, and TV, and it faces the internal yard, making the apartment very quiet. Short walking distance to the Old Town, 15 minutes. The groceries store is located about 200 m from the apartment for convenience. The owners are very approachable, and they communicate very well. I sincerely recommend this apartment.

Location was great and easy to check in. Communication with owner was great.

Bed was horrible. Couldn’t sleep well the entire stay.

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed having our own space rather than a hotel room. But, by far and away the best thing was the location of the apartment. It's really clos to everything!

There wasn't anything to dislike! There is a urinal in the bathroom which is odd but it's not a complaint! It might be useful to have some information about where to put the rubbish at the end of the stay but that is not a complaint either, The apartment is fantastic!
