відсутність опалення впродовж більше половини часу нашого перебування ( опалення не було включено скоріше всього через банальну помилку, дівчина намагалась нам допомогти , але не вийшло з перших двох разів) Крім того опалювальний "агрегат" - стародавній камін - який фактично гріє тільки в кімнаті, в кухні і ванній - дубарь. в номері смерділо сигаретами ( в коридорі ) дуже неприємно виглядала ванна ( розумію , що їй вже 100 років, але давно такого не бачила в готелях). Серед фото апартаментів нашої ванни точно не було. Я б точно не забронювати номер з такою ванною Може співвідношення ціни і якості тут враховано , я не порівнювала , але в цілому , я б не повернулась сюди з дітьми. В будинку постійно в інших номерах пили , кричали , може й бились , скоріше житло тут знімають на добу, щоб потусити з компанією.

Погане опалення в холодну пору року, шумні сусіди (ходять і кричать вночі)

Apartment had everything we needed and was in an amazing position. We had a small kitchen in case we wanted to cook something. Clean, warm and comfortable. Another thing I really enjoyed is the availability to be flexible on check in.

I think it is normal that apartment was old, as I think it's part of the charm. Aside from it, for what we paid, everything offered was working and in good state.

voor ons was het helemaal prima, wij waren er alleen maar om te slapen/douchen

Good location close to the city center and 300m away from the railway station from where you can take the train going to the airport.

No reception. Someone comes sometimes and you never know when. Everything in the apartment is old. the heatings are from one century ago and they don't warm well enough. If it's very cold now in November imagine what it would be like in winter. The wardrobe is too old and has no bottom. the toilet paper is too thin and almost transparent, it's the cheapest one they found. The hair dryer was broken I requested another one and they brought one that was broken down. It's clear that the owner doesn't want to invest or renew anything. They don't want to buy a new wardrobe or new hair dryer or a better toilet paper.
