Świetna lokalizacja, zwłaszcza dla osób podróżujących pociągiem - tuż obok stacji, spacerkiem do centrum. Duża lodówka, wygodne łóżka, dużo ręczników, parking podziemny.

Niedziałające żarówki w niektórych lampkach, pilot do tv słabo działał, niezbyt wygodny sposób odbioru kluczy i pilota. Zdjęcia basenu w opisie mieszkanie to spora przesada - basen i siłownia są po prostu obok w innej części kompleksu budynków.
