Location is very good and the size of the apartment, including the balcony was great

Nothing not to like really , if you were to be picky then there’s a few imperfections from wear and tear perspective. I dining table, washing machine cupboard door doesn’t shut, one of the bedside cabinet drawers has dropped but it is a perfectly practical room apartment and a great location

Very welcoming staff. Apt was in a great location, not easy to find but once you do it’s a simple walk to everything. Very clean and well kept.

Shampoo and bath soap would have been helpful. Small wash clothes are needed to wash face/body. (An American thing)

Absolutely perfect accommodation for families with children. Everything is comfortable and convenient, with plenty of space and a very handy underground parking garage. The host was exceptional—kind, welcoming, incredibly helpful, and provided all the necessary information. Truly a model host. The location is ideal—we only used the car to visit the zoo and city park; everything else was within walking distance. There’s a grocery store right in the building and the territory is gated and secure. We loved everything about our stay. If you’re unsure which apartment to choose in Krakow and this one is on your list—go for it. You won’t regret it.

Lovely, spacious, extreamly clean appartement just near the railway station. Also near The center, easy to walk there. Very comfortable beds and blankets and pillows. Very good shower. Kitchen was well equipped. Malgorza was very friendly and showed us everythig we should know. We highly recommend this accomodation.

Safe area, close to main train station and walkable to main/ Old Town ( 10 minutes) Spacious apartment, cosy, all the needed amenities and clean.

Small maintenance jobs need addressing but the shower tray/ water on the floor needs fixing!

Great hosts and welcome. Clean apartment, and pretty well maintained. Kitchen was well-equipped.

It's probably not the host's problem, but the Internet Provider blocks Russian websites. Some anti-Russian provider or maybe you will have problems accessing anything the internet company doesn't want you to see.

Very conveniently located apartment close the the main train station and the old town, in a quite and secure building. The host was thoughtful and helpful. Well equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment is a good size.

The shower leaks water onto the floor under the shower screen, a sealant strip would be useful

Warm, clean, very comfortable. Close to the centre and train station. Comfortable bed. Equipped kitchen
