Next to the beach and near to Kuantan town

The unit is quite basic and does not have seaview (blocked by another resort next door).The living hall aircond unit was not working.

Late response from the host. I have to call more than 10 times then call few people including booking.com to settle down

Easy to check-in and check-out. Well prepared with guide for entrance and carpark. Like the room is nice, pleasant and clean. Mattress and pillows are comfortable.

Only one aircond is function while the other one is not. So a bit warm if sit at aofa watch tv. The small room is without aircond. Car park is level 3 and have to turn go through 6 levels to reach. The other thing is official receipt or invoice is not available.
