Great location just at the center of Kutaisi and there is a parking area near (1 lari) Room was large and clean. Had a small balcony, kitchen with full of required equipment. No problem with wifi and hot water.

Owner was very responsive and everything went smoothly. Only very good feedback. Apartment very central.

We came to Kutaisi for the first time and we loved it. We liked Marika's apartment because it had a really good vibe. It was located quite centrally and near the place where we did our work. The food shop and restaurants were just downstairs and nearby. Everything was within an easy reach. The apartment itself had everything we needed: kitchen, lovely bedroom, bathroom, and enough closet storage.

We had a few issues with the doors but the landlady solved it very fast by inviting the professional to fix the door.
