Dobra lokalizacja. Świetna cena. Bez zastrzeżeń co do czystości. Dość spokojne sąsiedztwo. Nie było problemu z zaparkowaniem w niedużej odległości od budynku.

Wyposażenie można by było odświeżyć. Ale za tą cenę ok.

Obiekt spełnił moje oczekiwania jako miejsce noclegu

Rozumiemy, że poniszczone meble kuchenne nie można po każdym wynajmującym reperować, czy odmalowywać pobrudzone ściany. Natomiast jedzenie przyklejone na suficie, półmetrowe pajęczyny wiszące nad głową w kuchni już czarne bo dawno nie zbierane, czy włosy w łazience po poprzednich wynajmujących- takie rzeczy należałoby wyczyścić, usunąć!
