Villasabella

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile al Residence Villasabella! La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, immersa nella tranquillità e perfetta per rilassarsi. Gli appartamenti sono puliti, spaziosi e dotati di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora Isabella, una persona squisita: sempre gentile, disponibile e pronta ad aiutare con un sorriso. La sua accoglienza calorosa ha fatto davvero la differenza, facendoci sentire più ospiti che clienti. Consiglio questo residence a chi cerca un angolo di pace, comfort e ospitalità autentica. Torneremo sicuramente!

Isabella and her family are absolutely lovely, everyone was always smiling and happy to help us. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really made our stay even better, especially Isabella. We loved the location, close enough to the centre when we needed it but in a much more peaceful location. There were plenty of shops and lovely places to eat without having to walk too far. The property had lovely gardens and we loved the pool area. It was so peaceful and has lovely views! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The beds were a little bit hard but still managed to get some sleep so didn’t affect me too much.

Laganas è un posto confusionario e ricco di movida giovanile. Per fortuna la location è abbastanza lontana dalla strada principale di Laganas, quindi non si sente il frastuono notturno. La posizione è comunque comoda sia per la vicinanza all'aereoporto che alle spiagge più belle. ###################################### Laganas is a bustling place with a vibrant youth scene. Luckily, the location is far enough from the main road of Laganas to avoid the nightlife. The location is convenient, both for its proximity to the airport and the most beautiful beaches.

The location of the property was great compared to other parts of the island. Near Laganas and we had a car, just a 5min drive. The pool was clean and there was daily housekeeping which was great as well.

1. The policies in Booking.com compared to the policies that were outlined inside the hotel were different. The hotel is a family place but Laganas as an area is to have fun with lots of young people. Strict on quite policies (10 pm to 8am daily) and no visitors (not outlined anywhere online, only when we arrived). We had one friend visiting us mid-day and got stopped by the owner and asked to not be in the room again and only hang out in the surrounding area. We are 25-27 and we wanted to have a shower, we wouldn't have them waiting in the "lobby" while we fix up. That's just unreasonable. 2. The beds and the pillows were the worst part of the experience. Our wooden table outside was comfier to sleep on than the beds. Same with the pillows, 2 each, one like a plank of wood. I am not one to usually complain but it was a 0/10 easily. 3. Travelling from all over Europe there are a few common amenities that everyone is offering, aka a blanket, or shampoo samples in the shower. The amenities offered were subpar inside the room as the only thing was an extra pair of sheets. We paid 614€ for 4 nights, aka approx 150€ per night for 2 people. We were a late booking so we understand this may have affected the price, but definitely nowhere close to the value we paid for.

Host was sweet and friendly. The villa was clean and well kept. Good distance to other fun areas of the island. Overall good deal and wonderful place to stay.
