If this place is available, book it! I was contacted beforehand with key key safe number. No issues at all. There's a Co-Op about 30 seconds walk away that's open late. The hotel at the bottom of the road was closed for refurb, but when it's open it would be great for dinner and drink with about 50 feet walk home. It has an oven, hob and microwave. washing machine and dishwasher. it also has a small fridge with small freezer attached, the WiFi is great too. It's spotless. When I'm back in Arran, I'll book this place again for sure

Bed was super comfy and good pillows

Could not use bath as I need a grab rail to help me get in and out and there wasn't one. Great shower lots of room but again would benefit from a grab rail.

Excellent location. Comfortable property with everything we needed.

No information on key until I chased it through Booking.com the day before we travelled; it would be better to send this a few days ahead. I also tried messaging the host and received no response. We had to clean the fridge on arrival, however the rest of the property was very clean. There weren't enough cutlery or mugs so if the dishwasher wasn't full we had to keep handwashing these. Too many cushions on the bed. Why do holiday cottages feel we want these.
