"Pretty good"

Good location

Driveway area looked terrible, weeds, broken concrete etc. Needs a warning for low hanging vents, anyone over 5'11" will hit their head. No tables or chairs in yard. If anyone is staying in the upstairs unit it will be extremely loud. Each step sounds like an elephant stomping on the floor.
