"Nice stay, but some small issues"

Room was large and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. Roof terrace with pool was also very nice, although the pool is not heated! Great location only a short 5-10min walk into the city centre with lots of bars and restaurants. Plenty of on-site parking as well. Airport bus leaves from right outside as well.

I organised an early morning check-in due to our flight arrival time, however unfortunately I was given the wrong code for the lock box, and my calls to the emergency number at 2am went unanswered. Very stressful situation in the middle of the night and no apology was offered - perhaps more attention to detail should be given here so future customers don't have the same issue. Also room was not cleaned at all during our four night stay - we had to ask for toilet paper and the bins to be emptied. As mentioned above, the pool is definitely not heated, so not really usable outside of summer.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, szybka obsluga, nowe wnętrza. Przejsciowki w kontaktach, suszarka do włosów, fajny taras z basenem na samej górze hotelu

The apt is very clean, close to the city center and the beach. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The staff is friendly and kind, they have welcomed us with a smile and have helped us with our requests. It was our first time in Cyprus and I am so happy I chose to stay here. I sincerely recommend it and I can't wait to be back!
