Simba Studio in Larnaca w/ Terrace

Property is in a great location and the bed was very comfy

There are no plug sockets near the bed, which is inconvenient when charging devices and wanting to use them lying down

It was relatively close to the center and beach around 20 minutes by foot. The bus station was close. There were a lot of places to eat and markets.

Really loud neighbors and the house felt like it was made from cardboard, couldn't sleep until 1AM because the neighbors were yelling every day. There was no cold water. There was a big cockroach waiting for us after coming from the beach, after that day we were on our toes to spot another one.

Decorations, equipment

There could be more hangers in the bathroom/ shower shelf for cosmetics.

We faced major issues with the card for the electric power

Honestly speaking, I enjoyed a lot in the studio, you can find everything you can think about it, a small kitchen with coffee machine and kettle, two clean beds, a tv with internet and a netflix subscription! An iron for cloth and hangers, and a hair dryer. For me the best part was the hot water and the power of it, and for me, it was amazing that I found a water hose there 😍. The studio is near the port, very quite and easy to reach. For sure I'll book it again in the future.

The only thing I didn't like is the absence of an electric socket near the bed.

The property is simple and clean

It is 15-20 min waking distance to the beach

Great stay overall. I would stay there again. The hosts were very helpful through WhatsApp. The space is a small studio, so I would not recommend that more than two people stay there at once. There was no deposit collected on arrival.

The pots and pans provided did not work with the stove. It was an induction cooktop, so it needed a special kind of induction cookware. The walls were a bit thin, but it was a quiet area, so it wasn't bothersome.
