Mila's 1-BR Apartment in Larnaca

Convenient location. Fairly quiet area.

The sofa had tears in it and was stained. There were pieces of the kitchen worktop plastic covering still stuck on to it that had collected dirt, obviously been there quite a time. The one small saucepan was very well used and scratched. The shower head sprayed water everywhere (was changed when we complained). Water drained onto the floor and we had to use a towel to mop it up. The shower area was very stained from not being cleaned properly. The toilet was stained. We had cockroaches crawling on us at night until we bought a tin of spray. Didn't seem set up for a holiday let. We were staying 10 days and when I asked when the towels etc would be changed were told that would be an extra charge. When I complained we were given a change set. There was no change of bedding.

Good choice for its price. Great location - right in the city centre. Checking in was pretty easy and owners were very reachable and eager to help. Bed was big and cozy, with good sheets. Apartment complex has a laundry machine and also microwave and coffee machine in the flat which is very convenient.

It was pretty noisy - walls are very thin so you hear almost everything from the street as well as from your neighbours. So if you love complete silence, maybe this is not a place for you. Also some spots in the apartment are a little bit weary - for example, there's a leak in the shower.

The location is wonderful..just a few minutes from St.Lazaros church..

Facilities wasn't good enough..especially the bath equipment. Water easily gets down in living room.

The apartment is close to the city centre and to the beach. Easy check-in, well equipped flat with 2 air conditioners that are very much needed (if you turn them off, the heat is very high)

The toilet was broken so we had to flush with water from a saucepan. There is an ongoing construction that begins every morning 7AM and the sound isolation wasn’t very well.
