The size. Response time of the property

Walked in with an instant smell. Had to open all the windows (that were absolutely ratchet). Towels were stained and hard from air drying,, toilets stained. After passing bathroom a few times then looked up and saw the ceiling covered in mold. We left the place immediately . The property offered is an alternative that was just as sticky and stinky and moldy ,had bugs and stuff was broken and rusty - just absolutely uncomfortable . Because it was late we had to stay one one night, but left and first thing in the morning to at least be out of the property. It took a few hours to find a new place.. but it was worth it. When asking for a refund the property didn’t even respond . Go figure!

Location, cozy rooms

The apartment is genuinely a beautiful place. I like how the pictures on the website are exactly the same in real life! I loved how we could walk to the beach and nearby restaurants! Our neighbours were also very friendly and respectful! It's definitely worth the money and stay if you are looking to escape for a week getaway! Thank you so much. We honestly enjoyed our stay!!!!

The smell. However, after walking around the city, it smells the same. So, it isn't the owners problem. Therefore, the complaints of the smell are stupid as the pipelines of the city are old. You get used to it after a while.

Nothing

It was nothing like the pictures, the condition we found it was unacceptable. It was clearly not cleaned as there was dust and crumples everywhere and a bad smell was all over the apartment, the bathrooms were unclean to the point we could not use them, there was a broken tile and a broken lamp left behind as well as other things such as curtains on the floor. It was dangerous for the kids and very neglectful of the owner. He refused any of this even though we had pictures for proof and he denied us free cancelation. He does not care about the apartment or his clients! We could not stay under these conditions so we left immediately and were forced to seek another place to stay last minute in our expense because booking would not help us. Total waste of money! The owner is a fraud! He ruined our vacation and stole our money!
