I liked everything.

Although the property was advertised as having a TV there was no live TV. The apartment was not very clean and particularly the shower. The oven did not appear to be working & the corkscrew provided was broken.

It was and felted dirty. Too much dust on the couch.

The apartment is beautifully designed and offers both comfort and convenience. The space is modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bedroom is cozy with a comfortable bed, while the open-plan living area provides a stylish yet functional space to unwind. The apartment’s location is a highlight, situated in a great area with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach. The neighborhood offers a vibrant yet peaceful atmosphere. The host ensures a smooth experience, providing clear check-in instructions and being responsive to any inquiries. The attention to detail, from cleanliness to amenities, made this apartment a fantastic choice. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay!

The general condition of the apartment and the forniture, the terrace and the fact that the kitchen is fully furnished.

Extremely far from the city center, requiring a 30-minute walk. Very inconvenient for tourism purposes. The area is unattractive, filled with block-style apartment buildings and poorly maintained roads. The bathroom is tiny and impractical. You must close the door to use the toilet and push out the trash bin, which is very uncomfortable. The shower has low water pressure, making it difficult to use. Additional Issues: A €300 deposit was required, which seems excessive for a short stay. While the base rental price is appropriate, the additional fees seem designed to mislead guests. The €70 cleaning fee is particularly excessive and feels like an attempt to artificially inflate the total price. This pricing strategy is very poor and leaves a negative impression on guests. Terrible communication with the agency that manage the apartment.

I had an awful experience with this property. I waited over an hour for the host to provide me with the code to the key box. This resulted in me sitting outside alone at night until I could get into the apartment. Once entering the apartment it was nothing like advertised. It had a terrible smell and the apartment kitchen and bedroom was full of ants. The bathroom was also in a bad condition; broken facilities and the shower had not been cleaned. I decided not to stay and checked into a hotel nearby. I informed booking.com and the host straight away. The host downplayed the situation and said ‘it is normal for there to be ants’ keep in mind this flat is on the third floor. They did not refund me. Worst experience ever!

Nice clean apartment, good quality fittings. Quiet during the night. Would stay again when back in Cyprus. Many thanks, Ian.

Great price, a clean apartment, nice staff, a kitchen where you can cook, a TV, and a balcony.

Far from the beach (2 km, 27 minutes walk), small shower. I paid for 2 people, but they only gave me 1 set of bed linen. And they said that I had to pay money for the second set of bed linen. They said that the bed was double, so a second set of linen was not needed. But I don't sleep in the same bed with a man. I don't agree with this exact point of view and think it's poor service.
