Albert's apartment Center 101

The host was waiting for us in front of the building to walk us in, introduced the apartment, and gave us all the necessary details. The apartment had everything we needed. It's clear that the host takes good care of it and treats this business professionally. A really positive experience.

The apartment was very clean and cozy, there was even welcome drink :) Location is in the center so everything very close. Beach, marina, castle, churches, archeological museum and site.. The host was also 24/7 available if I needed anything so II am more then satisfied. My warm recommendation :)

This is a comfortable and well equipped apartment. It is located near shops, restaurants and public transport. It is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the seafront. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood.

Like the other places I've stayed from this owner (Albert/Fadi) expect clean, basic, good value and terrific location. They ask for a deposit, has always been returned in full. Fully fitted appliances, kitchen and bathroom. It's not fancy, not intended to be, it just delivers. Close to Art Cafe 1900, Kafeneion 26 Coffee House, Dany's Falafel and Academic & General Bookshop, among others. Short walk to the beach, Pierides Museum, Larnaca Archaeological Museum or St. Lazarus and all the bars/restaurants/cafes along the way. 10/10.

Nothing. Like I said, don't expect fancy. You're looking for value, even with the costs of electricity. I'm always on the look-out for Albert's properties.

The apartment is in good shape and clean and has all the comforts inside. All kitchen utensils without exception, all hygiene, bathing and recreation needs, all electrical and electronic supplies necessary for a comfortable stay are there. It is true that the apartment is small, but it includes all the details required by the resident. Getting to the seaside requires a 10-minute walk, no more. The apartment is located next to the commercial market and restaurants. The apartment manager showed interest in our comfort and was available to meet any need we might have.

Despite the comments below, the stay was very good. There is no free parking for the car during the day and therefore, the use of the "parking meter" is obligatory for this purpose. While in the evening and at night, it is possible to park the car anywhere near the apartment and for free. We were required to pay a certain amount of money due to our late arrival at the apartment in the evening considering that the apartment manager had to personally wait for our arrival in order to hand us the keys of the apartment. This was not necessary due to the presence of a locker under the building (which is located under most residential buildings), where it was possible for the apartment manager to leave us the key while informing us - via social networks (as usual) - of the code number that opens the box/locker in order to use it upon our arrival and take the key. This has not happened, although it is a major practice. 

Everything was fantastic! The apartments are super close to both the lively city center and the stunning seaside, making it easy to explore. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly supportive, checking in to make sure everything was perfect right up until I left. They even offered great recommendations to make my stay even better! The apartment had everything I needed for a cozy and comfortable stay, truly making it feel like a home away from home.

The apartment was like home from home, very nicely decorated, we couldn't ask for anything else, even down to Clingfilm, food containers, etc. all for your use we were made very welcome on arrival & was a great location to beach. Definitely will be going back.

The owner was a pleasant individual, was patient and timely. The apartment itself was clean, had great wifi, had a washing machine for clothing, and has the bare essentials for a nights rest and kitchen supplies if you need to cook something. The AC worked well after a few minutes of being on but entering the apartment always felt like entering a sauna.

My biggest gripes about this apartment involve the bathroom situation. The shower stall was very small, very difficult to move around in, and no matter what we tried, water leaked from the shower into the rest of the bathroom. (The owner contacted me afterward I posted my initial review asking me to edit this statement to say that I am a relatively large man standing at 6'2, however I believe even an individual at 5' would have difficulty maneuvering in this space. I am told that this is a standard shower at 70cmx70cm.) We had to place down a towel near the shower stall so that the water wouldn't end up on the bathroom floor or spill over into the hallway onto the wooden plank flooring. The sink is also very small, making it somewhat difficult to shave or even brush teeth on occasion. There was random damage all over the apartment, therefore I would advise whomever stays here to take pictures of every nook and crany as soon as you get in just in case. With regards to the location, The entrance to the apartment is in a small alleyway, which isn't exactly the cleanest. The balcony was fine but nor it nor the view from the balcony are anything to write home about. A solid apartment for basic travel if you just need it as a place to rest. Solid 7.5/10.

The apartment is very clean and very close to the center of Larnaca and the beach. There are restaurants, cafes, small and bigger supermarkets all around the place. We had great communication with Albert with everything that we needed.
