Clean roomy apartment with AC and close to the sea

The noise from the construction site across the road. During our week stay, in 3 of the mornings lorries were pouring concrete at 7am along with workers shouting from the roof waking everyone up. I wish we were told about the construction site at the time of booking as i’am sure it was there, when the listings was updated with construction photos it was already to late to cancel and find another location at similar price.

The house was nice and clean and welcoming. It is full equipped with all you need.... Comfortable sofa, air conditioning, nice balcony, great location.

Mattress too soft in the main bedroom...

The location is really good. Flat was big, clean and bright.

There is a huge construction outside the building, which was a bit annoying because of the sound, but it wasn’t terrible.

The apartment is well designed and it's pretty close to the beach. View on the sea. The host is nice and polite person.

The host didn't inform us about an active construction site next to the apartment building(see attached photo made from the balcony) .Consistent industrial noises (started on the second day of our stay by "surprise") coming from it were heard from 6:30 a.m and till the evening hours.We travelling with 3 months old infant and these noises woke her up all the time during her day sleep hours.If host had told us about it beforehand we would choose another accomodation option. After telling the host about it we were told "our pricing already takes such considerations into account".The thing is it's a major issue your guests should be aware of before choosing your apartment for stay,even if it's not your fault-let the people know about it before they book. The second one-the issue with the bed which was fixed on the second day of our stay (the first one was a holiday). Seems like no one actually assured the good condition of apartment equipment before we checked in thus we had to sleep on the broken bed for one night until it was fixed. And finally less crucial but still bothering things: Creaking noisy door handles (all of them) No soundproof from the noises from the outside road(and of course not from the noises of construction site mentioned above) Mold in the bathroom
