Beach Front Apartment

Nice and polite staff, always willing to assist as soon as it is possible. Perfect location with a great sea view.

It would be nice if they do some repainting. The bathroom was not in the best condition.

Good location

Bathroom needs fixing. Power points hanging off walls. Towels were stained and given hand towels for showering. Had to ask for an iron.

The property was tied, cigarette hole's in bedding, They have moved the bathroom sink, but have not bothered to make good were the original sink was. Entrance to the flats was piled high with rubbish bags and bin, not a pretty sight In general the whole apartment needs an updating I'm glad it was only for one night, if longer I would not have been happy.

It was not cleaned when we arrived. Nothing was done, no WiFi shower, not working. The second couch was not fit for someone to sleep on, no towels, no bed sheets, no cutlery. I sent photos to all, but nothing was done 😡 all repairs done after 6 days half my holiday gone 😡 you booking.com didn't help much also.

The location and view are excellent. Being on the sea front above bars and cafes with live music we always knew would be noisy. The balcony was poorly furnished and in need of some care. Tbh a good pressure wash would help. The patio door from the lounge doesn’t lock. The lounge has two tv’s one not working the sofa has a hole in it and springs are pushing through. The kitchen are is ok but the whole flat was in need of a good deep clean. The bedroom has quite a bit of storage but the bed is uncomfortable there were two pillows with a further two in the wardrobe unfortunately without pillow cases and they were stained. There were stains on the wall. The bathroom was spar h the toilet flush sticks and the whole room needs re filing with holes filled in with plaster and an electric cable visible. It was not as clean as it could of been. On the second day the toaster caught fire there were flames that I managed to extinguish but no fire blanket. I reported this to the agent who sad they would take care of it but I heard nothing and it was not replaced. The lift wax temperamental and a sign on the final week stated it would be out of use for some days. For us the stars from the ground floor to the mezzanine ( there’s no lift) we’re difficult when moving luggage in and out. The flat needs a renovation and new furniture. The worst thing of all was the cockroaches. The bathroom at night was awful even in the daytime we observed them on the sofa.

TERRIBLE,NIGHMARE,HORROR,disaster,service don't exist,ower rude,english very very bad,in the appartment cockrouches every very,horrible smell,sofa in the living room with holes not usable,broken,the worst accomodation ever,this appartment is shame for booking as service, even the assistance of booking was bad they repetedly sent messages to call their call center i have spent 100of euros on the calls without success also i called the owene to send someone to fix thousend things in the appartment he repeted 20 times"please allow us some time Please remove this accomodation as offer!!!; I wanted to spend my vacation with pleasure but i have stress for 10day,even i got sick😡😡😡

Everything!!!! Just the view is good but in the standing postion since the chairs on the terrace have been broken,the photos of the accomodation are not real,they removed washing mashin from bathroom to the kitchen,bathroom with holes and terrible smell since the containers are right on the street, cockrouches are every where😡😡😡🤯🤯🤯, they answered that the bugs are not their proble they are from out side,dishes in the kitche full of bugs,towels dirty,DISASTER!!!❌❌❌❌❌❌

I would not recommend this apartment at all, as there are way better options on booking with the same view, avoid at all costs! When we arrived to check in at 3 pm, there was already someone else checked in(they double booked the apartment) and they tried to move us to a different place, but after a long 1-hour argument with the "owner" they kicked the other person out and we took their place, not sure what happened to them, to be honest. The apartment itself was not cleaned at all, even though they said it was just cleaned and there was a terrible smell in the apartment. As you can see in the few pictures we took, there were rouches, condoms, bags and safety hazards in the bathroom there were electrical wires open along with dirt all over the apartment.

It’s on a very central location and it’s just a 5 minute walk to the beach. It has great terrace, almost all amenities needed for your stay. Right in front of the entrance of the building there’s a place you can book taxi for airport or other cities. It’s very convenient.

The bathroom was very small, you could hardly move there. There was NO hairdryer and NO iron which we needed during our stay. Bring your own towels, shampoo and other toiletries. On Fridays it’s very noisy as there are many cafes, restaurants with live music and sometimes it’s hard to sleep.
