Samsuria Private Beach Front

The location was perfect as it was away from the city centre. Beach was right at the front as the description says.

I felt the unit was not well maintained and cleaned despite paying the clean up fees. The bathroom looked like it was not washed in months. The sheets was dirty, sofa was dusty and curtains were both dusty and dirty. The main door know literally comes off the door. No basic amenities provided like shower gel The towels had dried bed bugs still stucked.

1)I drove to the property at night. 25km+- from Kuantan city, consider far for me and way to the property is very dark at night. Me and my family almost feel that we are going to the wrong way seems like going to somewhere abandoned before we reach the property. The road goes narrower to reach the property, no lights, darker and darker. Don't U turn, trust your negation. 2)Swimming pool not well mantain, the water is not clear and the colour was green in colour just looks like a pond not a swimming pool at all. If you plan to stay here which the facility comes with a pool, forget the swimming pool just go to the beach.

Nice location but not well maintained apartment
