Unable to enjoy the pool

Very good and quiet location with shopping mall and restaurants at the doorstep. Very clean and comfortable accommodation with great facilities. Jerrick is a superhost who provided great communication throughout. He was extremely helpful and attentive with our queries, can't ask for more!

I love the house arragement, clean, comfortable, enough utilities & friendly owner. The owner help us with anything we want even an access to the pool. I really love the bed, comfortable and clean.

The kids pool. I think the pool is not under a good maintenance. The pool floor was dirty and covered with "lumut". It so slippery & my daughter fell and bump her head at the aged of the pool. Luckily its not severe but she cried a loud coz its hurts. Should people who manage the pool clean it properly coz we are here to enjoy the pool espeacially my kids. So disappointed.... sorry.

Location was brilliant, conveniently located in a mall, easy access to necessities and not too far from Kuching old town.

The apartment could've been better equiped with additional sets of bath towels (maybe newer ones too), separate hand towels, kitchen tea towels for drying dishes, clean kitchen cloths for mopping down tables, or at least some paper towels.
