"Clean unit, secure neighbourhood, but need own transport"

I really like the place. Clean, situated in a secure neighbourhood, have privacy. Those with own transport should have no problem; in fact the owner has a designated parking spot quite near the unit.

Location-wise, the places of attraction (e.g. eateries, convenience stores) are not within walking distance. You need a vehicle.
