Lokalizacja idealna, spacerkiem z lotniska i na lotnisko, przy samej plaży. Biegłem maraton więc położenie obiektu przy starcie i mecie idealne.

Głośna lodówka, sąsiedzi obok z małym nie znośnym dzieckiem.

Great location, spacious, quite.

Sicuramente la struttura ha una posizione di prestigio di fronte alla spiaggia in mezzo a un'infinità di ristoranti e comodità di tutti i tipi. Il palazzo è pulito e si presenta bene, il letto era discretamente grande e comodo, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene e il bagno adeguato. Sicuramente un'ottima location per una vacanza non troppo lunga

Diciamo che l'atteggiamento generale del locatore era quello di salvaguardare l'appartamento ed evitare sprechi energetici che di per sé sono sicuramente positivi ma suonavano un po' come una sorta di imposizione e con conseguenze economiche, già solo il chiedere 200 euro di caparra per due notti ci è sembrato eccessivo. Il bagno aveva una finestrella cieca. Il balcone, interno, dava su un parcheggio.

Paikka oli sijainniltaan loistava, aivan rannalla. Kivaa oli myös pyykinpesukone sekä huikean nopea lämpimän veden boosteri, ei tarvinnut lainkaan kärsiä kylmästä vedestä ja veden painekin oli riittävä. Sänky oli loistava, siinä sai hyvät unet.

Ilmalämpöpumppu oli rikki, se puhalsi vain kylmää, suunnan säädöillä kuitenkin pärjättiin. Parvekenäkymä oli vähän karu, vastapäisen talon seinä oli parvekkeella vastassa.

The only positive thing about our stay was that we only stayed one night and it was still one night too many.

Things started off badly as soon as checkin messages arrived. Threats of arbitrary fees are part of the checkin process. Apparently, the owner believes electricity usage is not part of the rental. After paying a 15 eur per day electricity surcharge, you are threatened that they may addionally fine you up to 200eur for using the electricity. I would understand a simple request to ensure equipment is only used when in the apartment, but threats of arbitrary fines and fees are obscene. Additionally, you will need to supply yourself with earplugs, an eye mask and maybe even an inflatable mattress if you want to sleep. Not only are the surrounding bars and restaurants very loud during the day and night, but the owner may want to reconsider their choice of equipment. Perhaps a quieter and more efficient refrigerator could prevent them from feeling the need to threaten their guests about electricity usage. The bed and pillows are simply uncomfortable. The bed seems to have its own gravitational force. The air conditioner is in such a bad location. The toilet is about to fall off the wall. The tiles around it are cracked and it flexes so you bounce when you sit down. It does not seem it was ever installed correctly and I was grateful it didn't actually fall off the wall. The water closet is a poor excuse for a shower that could use a proper cleaning or better yet, a complete replacement. The balcony is perhaps one of the saddest places in the whole city. Not somewhere you would want to be. The chairs are so rusty, we were afraid to sit on them either that they may disintegrate or that a tetanus shot might be required. Then to end your really unenjoyable stay you are requested to clean up after yourself and take out the trash. We couldn't find the bins and had to leave the trash by the front door. They don't seem to understand what business they are in.

The location is great, the wifi was great , also it was very clean and nice

The air conditioning was not comfortable, its placed directly over the bed, so when sleeping it blows directly in to your head, and you can't really move the air direction anywhere, that made our stay especially in the summer less pleasent.
