T&E Apartment

The location is perfect for all we know, in front of marina and at the beginning of the promenade by the sea. The view from terrace was excellent and we had private parking within building. Internet coverage was great.

Maybe some noise from the street, which was canceled by shutting huge glass portal still leaving you with fenomenal view

Excellent location, fantastic view from the terrace and very clean and equipped apartment.

They take a €100 deposit in cash. No complaints, just be prepared and have cash with you. 😊

They couldn’t turn on the heater both room and sitting room there wasn’t heater the house was so cold

We arrived at night and couldn't find the entrance. We were also a little unsure about the surrounding area, as it felt like we were quite far from the beach and city centre. However, the next moring we awoke to a very comfortable and spacious apartment with an amazing balcony. After a couple of days exploring we realised Larnaka isn't that big, and that our location was just fine.

Nothing

The location is close to everything, from bus stops and routes around the city and island through to great eateries. The 425 bus from the departures (upper) level of the airport drops off within 50 yards of the entrance. The entrance is located right behind Marzanos restaurant. The apartment is big, with a huge balcony overlooking the harbour and sea. There's extra bedding, beach towels, and a washing machine to keep the luggage down, or on top of the work before you return home. There's a bath with shower, a tv, kettle, toaster, huge sofa, table and chairs on the balcony, and all the other bits and pieces for most holiday requirements. Locally, there are a couple of small supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways, all within a minutes walk. The beach is about 10 minutes slow stroll, along with many more shops, restaurants, bars and all the other things you could want. Finally, everyone we communicated with was so friendly and helpful, from the owners to the lovely lady we picked the keys up from.

Yes, there is some road noise. You are set behind a busy road, but you are effectively 7 floors up (as there's a ground floor, 2 parking levels, and then the apartment levels, where this apartment is on the 4th floor. We live in a very quiet farming area, so noise is something we don't have usually, but this apartments background noise wasn't too intrusive to spoil our week.

Great, central location. Quick and easy access to the beach, restaurants, etc. Great views from the balcony.

The property is on a busy and noisy road. But we chose to sleep with open windows rather than use air-conditioning, so the noise can be blocked out if you so wish.

The apartment is very spacious and bright, decently furnished, fully equipped in a prime location. Few minutes walk to finikoudes beach, 2 mins walk to the central station where you can take the bus to and from the airport and to anywhere in Larnaca. A convenience store and great restaurants right under the building and free covered parking access. The sea view from the balcony is just amazing!! Ket & Tatiana are sweet, responsive, and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Since it's on the main street, sometimes it gets noisy at night. A pair of earplugs should solve this:)

Proximity to the beach, city center, shops, bus stops. A large, bright apartment with a large balcony with a nice view of the marina and the sea.

Close to a noisy street with heavy traffic, which may be important for light sleepers. You get used to it over time, but the sound insulation is non-existent, the noise with the windows closed is the same as with the windows open.
