We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is perfect for a family holiday, as it is really spacious and equipped with everything you need, from beach towels to laundry detergent, and a lot more. The apartment was clean on arrival, and the beds and bedsheets were new, clean and comfortable. The beach is 15 mins on a walk from the apartment, so we walked there every single day, twice! The closest beach (Finikoundes) is great for families as it is quiet, full of golden sand and the water is cristal clear, plus the price for one lounge chair and an umbrella is only 5 euros. We appreciated the little touches, like the food we found in the fridge on arrival (milk, butter, jam, toast), which were really welcome after a full day of travelling as it wasn't necessary to leave the appartment to find a restaurant right away. We also really appreciated the adapters that we found in every room that were more than enough for a family of 6, plus the air conditioners that were present and functional in every single room. The owner was very quick to respond (via text as that was my preferred way of communicating) to all of the questions that I had before and after our stay, and that was helpful being in a new country. I highly recommend staying with such a friendly host in such a nice apartment!

Unfortunately the beach was a little too to far from the apartment for one of my older family members, so she had to get a taxi back and forth in some of the days because of the heat in Cyprus. The apartment is nicely situated from the beach for a healthy person, but might be a little far if you have kids or you're travelling with an older person (up to 30 minutes).

We had a great time in Larnaka. The apartment was cosy, clean and comfortable. It wasn't far from the beach. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I recommend for a group of friends or family :)
