- Easy check in and out system - Air con and wifi worked well - basic enough for a few days - Good enough equipment in kitchen, plenty of crockery and pans to work with

Unfortunately, it wasn't the room as seen in the pictures - It had a really foul smell coming from all drains that smelt the whole room out. We constantly had to have incense sticks lit. Facilities in the building were poor: majority of laundry machines were out of service as well as the machines in the gym, so was limited. - Shop on site is just a convenience store, so to cook, you need to walk 15 minutes to a larger one.

1. WiFi is strong. 2. Shower water pressure is good. 3. Room is spacious.

1. Hallway and room has a smell. In the room, the smell seems to come from the floor trap in the toilet floor. 2. There are cockroaches in the room and they hide under the bed. They'll come out at night. 3. No toiletries provided except one bottle of shower gel. No rack or shelf to put your toiletries in shower. 4. White towel is not white. Very old and should be replaced. 5. No kettle to boil water. 6. Gym equipment isn't well-maintained and the multi-machine is not working. Machine cable broken but not repaired. The attendants couldn't help much. 7. Floor mat is dirty. I don't dare to step on it. 8. Toilet seat is broken. 9. Swimming pool closed for cleaning on Mon and Thu until 12pm. It's not always open as it claims. 10. Other than the mini mart at basement, there are no other shops. The food court also has limited stalls operating, many have closed down. I didn't cook and didn't use the TV. So can't comment on these.

Everytime i turn on the toilet’s ventilator, it smells really bad (mouldy scent). As the neighbors were smokers, the hall smells like cigarettes which affects the smel of the room as well. Also, soundproof was terrible.
