MYWe liked the size of the apartment, it is spacious. Good window views. Good restaurant convenient for all meals within a few steps of the apartment.Good wifi.
My wife and I are in our 70's. We didn't know that we would have to climb 4 flights of stairs to enter apartment. This should have advertised ahead of time as this was extremely difficult for us. More attention can be given to cleaning higher areas, like high window sills in bathroom and shower and stairway ceilings. Master bedroom window doesn't seal properly and allows rain leak in and damage wall.

No lift access, stay at 3rd floor so it's not convenient to oldies/veterans. Better add more furniture. 1 of water pipe also not working. The floor abit bhabuk within checkin.
