"We like the enviroment of the room, big enought from family stay"

The room was very spacious and could hold multiple people. Have very nice views including the pool side view (even tho it is noisy in the morning due to people swimming). Has a laundry area which is a very much needed area.

Blockage drain at the bath room shower and washing using the bidet as it feels not clean and need hose tap of water

The male receptionist in hotel gym was really nice and caring. Other than that, I think this hotel is really convenient.

Maybe it's because it rained for days, when we got there and opened our room's door, it seemed pretty humid and didn't smell well. The bathroom and hallway wasn't as clean as I thought.
