Floral elegance 1 really let my family and my kids stay just like a home. The Zen style decorations are great and the rooms are clean. My family and I will come again here next time.

Large space of the apartment, interesting decor of the place. Water heater and air conditioning worked well. Beds are comfortable. Liked that the wardrobe comes with huge mirrors and hangers for clothing. Big supermarket, shops and good eateries available just downstairs and within walking distance of the area. Carpark available FOC, easy to assess.

Toilet rolls and tissue not replenished. Bathroom shower area has water seepage to the sink area - probably a construction flaw. Towels are clean but sheds lint all over the place. House manual should be made available in English as well as not all tourist are able to read in Chinese.

Nice rooms and bathrooms. Good kitchen facilities. Good beds

Towels was a bit dirty and you got white fluff everywhere, every time you used them.
