We are a couple and 4 children. The apartment was amazing! Spacious, clean, the beds are very comfortable, excellent location. The apartment has everything you need and the hostess is great!

Unfortunately the elevator was broken, which forced us to go up and down 6 flights of stairs if there are no physical limitations, it is not very problematic. It is likely that they will fix it soon!

it was all good but a shame that a neighbour complained about us having a quiet cup of tea on the balcony at 8:00am

Beautiful apartment, wonderful terrace and great location

It could be a little noisy from nearby bars late evening, but this was not enough to put us off wanting to stay here again in the future. The small amount of noise is due to its very central location, handy for cafes, bars, restaurants and the beach.

No idea how to use the AC system but didn’t care too much

Very spacious place, big terrace, and you can see the sea from it, two separate bathrooms, two separate bedrooms, so two families can stay. Not far from the Finikoudes beach and Larnaka main walking street with all the bars and restaurants - like 5-7 minutes walk. But at the same time it was very quiet at night. The owner of the place was very nice, too!

The elevator in the apartment building wasn't working properly, but that's not on the owner of the place.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and well equipped. Very central location, only a few minutes walk from the finikoudes beach, many nice restaurants and bars, and the bus station to go to aya nappa or other cities. The owner is very nice and accommodating.

Excelent location, next to the Finikoudes beach. Everything was great. I do appreciate hospitality of the host, thank you for early check in and later check out, also for help with taxi to the Airport. Full set of utensils and kitchen appliances. Some board games like chess, backgammon and checkers. Also TV has paid netflix and youtube subscriptions. Amazing terrace with sea and city view. Personal parking slot is very convenient.
