Aivan likaiset pinnat jokapuolelle. Likaiset astiat ja kylmä vesi. Lämminvesi toimii aurinko energialla ja kun on pilvistä niin kylmä vesi. Isännä ei vasta ajoissa ja ei siivoja käynyt paikalla 6 päivän ajan kun olin siellä vaikka oli pyytänyt siivoja siivoamaan lattiat ja keittiön pinnat sekä astiat. Minulla on kuvia joka paikasta ja voin liitä ne mukaan todisteena. Uima-allas ei myöskään käytössä ollenkaan vaikka varatessa sitä luvataan.

The apartments are very poor, with a strong cigarette smell in all rooms, no blankets provided in winter (only a bedsheet) despite the apartments being very cold, yellowish/dirty water coming from the tap, no hot water at all around 3 a.m. before our flight, a noticeable sewage smell outside, very low cleanliness standards, and an overall very disappointing experience, though luckily we stayed only one night before the flight and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The price was competitive, but unfortunately we got what we paid for.

Unfortunately this was one of our worst experiences with Booking thus far. The pool as shown in the listing's photos was falsely advertised - it was unusable due to mold and trash (see my uploaded photos). The apartment building's manager stated that they were "unable to get a pool cleaner". The AC in the living room was constantly leaking and required a bucket not to pool on the apartment floor. Not a huge deal. The bed we slept in partly fell apart on our third night. It became clear that was due to some poor repair/construction work performed by the host (see my uploaded photos). When requesting the host to fix the bed so we could sleep comfortably, they stated that we were at fault and were required to pay for the damages we caused. (We're in no way overweight.) The apartment building's manager even sympathized with us and admitted that the host was incredibly difficult to work with and there's no chance he'll offer us any support. Thankfully Booking took our side when we filed a dispute and offered us compensation themselves, because the host completely ignored all of our messages and Booking's attempts to reach out to them, although it took almost 5 days for us to finally settle. For whatever reason the host finally decided to message us after our check out date (and after our dispute was resolved with Booking) stating that they would accept compensation but only if we leave them a good review about their stay. See their words below translated to English: "We have read that you requested compensation and want a refund while you stayed in the apartment until the last day of your reservation. We want you to be happy with your stay and we will refund you the money you request as long as you leave us a good comment about your stay," Note that this is against Booking's terms.

We booked the appartment and they amount detected, when we arrived and call the manager he said the appartment not ready and you can’t stay ! And no refund back !!!
