Private parking, spacious rooms and balcony, nice view. Huge tv, equiped kitchen. Very friendly owner. Its on a walkable distance to the sea and promenade.

There is sometimes farm smell from neighbours (I guess someone on the street has chickens) and an extra blanket would be great for cooler nights (to avoid using AC).

The building must be new. The room was super clean. Wooden floor and no carpet, which avoids room bugs. I arrived earlier than reported. The staff were cleaning the room. A big supermarket is in 7 min walk. Smooth communications with the host. Recommended.

Location.The building is in a silent area, to some extent far from the downtown. To the airport, you have to book taxi beforehand. There were no coffee, tea bag or mineral water. I expected them, as it is usual for hotel rooms.

I liked that we had balcony and cozy living room.

I didn’t like the noise from construction site next to the apartment, they started every morning around 7:00 with very loud noises and impossible to sleep. The next thing was matress- it was very uncomfortable and spring from it punches in the back, almost impossible to sleep. The third thing was that there wasn’t almost any basic cleaning things on the spot. We stayed 9 days and every time you needed to ask for every little things. Also there was not enough towels and toilet paper for 9 days at the beginning, you needed to ask for it. No basic things as for example salt, oil etc.

Close to the airport! Easy communication with owner about check in and check out.

25/30 mins away from center. Not convenient if you are using public transport! No elevator! Studio is in 4th floor! No amenities in bathroom. Hair in shower. Toilet cover dirty. Leaking toilet that is so loud you cannot fall asleep. Studio is fine but cleanliness can be improved. Dust on every corner of the walls. I did not feel comfortable knowing that hygiene is not maintained. I am OCD and i see all the details . Piece of advice to owner- employ a cleaning lady to maintain the place! Needs a bit of paint on walls and bathroom needs renovating with all that brown mould! Bathroom has no warm water so having a cold shower at 3 am was not fun! Mattress needs to be changed. Pillows are small and thin! Being in the hotel industry it was a turn off for me. But good luck to owner there is always room for improvement and remember cleanliness is very important 😉

An elevator would be a great asset, I saw you’re preparing for it, which is great! :)

Not recommending this place. The appartment was smelly ,the mattress shouldn't be used at all and needs to be replaced as you can feel the springs ,no elevator,and there was mold in the bathroom. Makes me wonder how they have such good reviews.
