"Great location"

The location is excellent, right in the centre of the city. It was very clean. The apartment is spacious and is very cool even on very hot days. The bed is comfortable, there is a reasonably well equipped kitchen with a great fridge.

There is a very large dining table in the living room which makes it very difficult to find anywhere to sit comfortably and wastes the space in the room. The clip to hold the shower up doesn't work. The apartment is up 3 flights of dark stairs which are poorly lit.

The owner was lovely and even though she couldn't speak english we were still able to communicate and she could understand english. Fantastic location, in the centre of everything. Must visit the restaurant downstairs.

"A pleasant stay in the middle of the city, but needs some care"

The apartment is right in the center of the city - everything is around, many restaurants, central park, fountain, market, bridges and Bagrati cathedral. The apartment itself has a pleasant oldschool design and enough of space. Magi is a great help, she can advice on everything around and help with anything you need, she is very open and always available - amazing! Very warm apartment even during colder nights. WiFi is also working well. There is a free parking right in front of the house.

There is no elevator, and the apartment is on the 4th floor. Be ready to walk up and down using stairs. The entrance is dark, a bit scary and nasty - there is no light on the 3rd floor even during the day - the host could actually add there a motion lighting just like on the 4th floor. There is something leaking in the bathroom - be ready for the wet floor. One day there was a mistake in the washing machine and we could not wash, but it was gone next day. Beds are quite old - they are not quite comfortable and make sound when you change position.
