Comfortable spacious apartment near the city center. Very hospitable owners. There is an underground parking. The apartmment is clean, warm, and well-equipped.

The flat is brand new, very spacious, well-furnished and in the center. I have stayed at a few hotels and flats in Kutaisi and I would say that this apartment is far better. We were on a conference at University and it is 2 minutes walk from there. I would definitely recommend it, particularly to a family or a group of four. We would certainly stay there when we are back to Kutaisi.

Great apartment to stay in Kutaisi. They have everything for convenience. There was also an underground parking, which I didn't really expect, so I was very pleasantly surprised.
