Nice apartment, New equipment Good kings bed in the sleeping room Lift (apartment located on the 3rd floor) Free parking around (sometimes hard to find the place but finally you find it) Groceries, bakery nearby Fast communication with the renter

Not reliable internet access - suggest you to replace the mobile 4g internet with the fixed line internet Missing electric kettle - suggest to provide one - it is cheap and will help Also suggest to include more coffee capsules - we got just one

Great location. Close to Sestri Levante and close walking distance to Lavagna city center which is really cute. Air conditioning was a plus :)

WiFi lacked. They had WiFi but It didn’t work for anything. And this was pretty disappointing since we really enjoyed the apartment but this aspect was bad, and can be difficult for travelers that don’t have an Italian phone plan.
