Location is simply the best. Cannot expect the better location than this. If you have to mark the map with heart/city centre. This is the point. Warm reception

There wasn’t a picture of a bathroom, but it was amazing. Hot water always available as well as washing machine.

Great location. Cozy place! Pretty clean. Nice owner of the apartment, had explained and shown everything. Very Good price.

It would be nice to have kitchen towels (even paper one). Couldn't find washing powder. Some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom (just a bit, but it smbd has allergy - not good)

"Perfect location"

The house was very spacious and clean. It was right next to the main square and there was a mall and multiple shops around as well. The host was welcoming and gave us everything we needed from the start :) Overall, it was a very comfortable stay!

There were constructions at the entrance so we needed to hold the heavy luggage till we reached the building's door. The constructions seem to be almost complete though, so maybe we were just unlucky with the timing.

"Excellent location and very good host"

Location is superb and apartment has all necessary amenities. Everything works well (heating, kitchen appliances, Wifi etc )Hosts are very responsive and overall check-in/check-out experience was very smooth. We spent most of the days outside of the apartment so not much to add really. Would definitely recommend

Only thing is that closet shelfs were dusty and for 2 mornings drilling noises were heard (probably neighbors were renovating) . Overall no big deal

The apartment was great. The location is very good. The apartment was tidy, big and we loved it. It got everything what you need. The hosts were very welcoming and helped with everything. Also they offer transfers, tours etc..

It was an amazing place to stay—very comfortable and well-equipped flat, with comfortable beds, a cosy terrace, and a great location in the heart of Kutaisi. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, able to assist with all your needs (transfers, car rental, etc.). I strongly recommend this apartment.
