Korter on aus ja puhas. Kõik vajalik põhimõtteliselt olemas, et oma olemine mugavaks teha.Head voodipesud ning voodid. Üle tee Pruulikoda ja kaugel pole ka Coop pood. Hea vaikne piirkond

Taldrikuid võiks rohkem olla. Napsu/shot klaase polnud. Pesemisruumis libe põrand. Võiks panna mingi mati. Koridroris on pime vahepeal. Elisa Elamus on aga järelvaatamine on poolik. Külmkapi uks krigiseb korralikult!
