LEA Apartment Zentrum

The location of the apartment is very central and it is close to everything. This is the best thing of this property. It has a decent size and is acceptable. For one person or couple it is perfect for a short stay.

The property is decent but would benefit from a few improvements. There are some minor cracks and marks on the walls. An additional, even for one person, towel would be nice and some shampoo and toiletries tobe provided. As I said everything was very basic which does not make this a good value for money at this stage. It is a really nice place which by default could be much better if for example painted quickly to remove some marks on the walls, maybe add a few paintings to make it more modern or hide the cleaning equipment from the main room. The living-kitchen room was nice size but there are 4 chairs and only 3 much. So again small things would really make a change.

The location and the size of the apartment are perfect. It has enough space to accommodate 4 persons at least! The internet is perfect, but the password is very difficult! You are exactly in town town with access to everything and very close to the train station!

The door of the toilet is not working and cannot be closed

Location excellent. As it's the city centre, most places are walkable. Excellent transport links as train, tram and bus options minutes from the apartment. Shops and restaurants of all descriptions on the doorstep to suit all needs.

Can be some road noise if windows open, but this is expected in a city location.

Perfect location in the city center, 5 minutes from train station. Easy check in and communication with the owner. Bright living room, with a lot of space , bedroom with comfortable bed for two and one extra bed for children. Kitchen with microwave and big refrigerator. Great value for money. The city is lovely with many things to do and explore. We will definitely come back and will stay in this apartment
